We started Purified HVAC for a simple reason. The HVAC calls we kept hearing from friends and neighbors all sounded the same: unreturned voicemails, sketchy estimates, work nobody could verify afterward. We thought we could do better, and the work has carried us across every borough since.

Diagnose first.
We figure out what is wrong with the system before we tell you what it costs. No flat-rate scripts, no "we just replaced this on the last one." Your equipment, your diagnosis.
Price in writing.
Estimates are written and signed before we open a tool bag. If scope changes, we stop and tell you before continuing.
Leave it cleaner.
Floors covered, drop cloths down, mechanical rooms swept. You should not be able to tell we were there, except the system runs.
Follow up.
Photos and notes by email the day of. We check in a week later. If something's off, we come back, and the visit is on us.
