Gas Furnaces

Gas furnaces installed safely, repaired right.

A gas appliance is not a place to cut corners. We install high-efficiency condensing furnaces, repair single-stage workhorses, and run combustion analysis on every visit so the unit burns clean.

What we work on

From single-stage replacements to modulating, sealed-combustion installs.

Furnace work is half mechanical, half safety. We carry calibrated combustion analyzers, manometers, and CO meters on every truck. The job is not finished until the numbers are right.

  • High-efficiency 95 to 98 percent AFUE condensing furnace installation
  • Single and two-stage furnace repairs, including ignition, control board, and inducer
  • Heat exchanger inspection and replacement
  • Gas pressure and combustion analysis on every visit
  • Carbon monoxide testing and detector placement
  • Permit pulling, inspection coordination, and closeout

Signs to call

Furnace red flags you should never ignore.

Gas equipment fails in ways you cannot see. These are the ones you can.

  • Yellow or flickering burner flame instead of clean blue
  • Black soot or scorching near the unit or vent
  • Sharp burning or chemical smell when the heat runs
  • CO detector goes off, even briefly
  • Furnace short cycles or fails to ignite
  • Loud bang on startup, called delayed ignition
  • Furnace is 15+ years old and gas bills keep climbing
Our process

How a furnace install or repair goes.

Permits, safety testing, and clean documentation are the bare minimum, not the upsell.

  1. Diagnose and size

Combustion analysis on existing equipment, Manual J load calc for replacements. No guesswork on capacity.

  2. Quote and permit

Written estimate, all equipment specs in writing, permit application started before any equipment arrives.

  3. Install or repair

New venting if required, gas line resized if required, condensate handled properly. Drop cloths, vacuums, no shortcuts.

  4. Verify and close

Full combustion analysis on the new unit, gas pressure set to spec, CO tested, inspection scheduled.
