Smart Controls

Thermostats and zoning that actually save money.

A smart thermostat is only as smart as the install behind it. We wire it correctly, set schedules that match how you actually live, and add zoning where one thermostat can't fix one stuck-warm room.

What we install

Controls that fit your equipment, not just your phone.

Half the smart-thermostat complaints we hear come from the wrong device on the wrong system. We match the controller to the equipment first, then we wire it cleanly.

  • Ecobee, Nest, Honeywell, and Lennox iComfort thermostats
  • Multi-zone systems with dampers and individual zone stats
  • Heat pump compatible controls with proper aux/emergency logic
  • C-wire installation when the existing wiring is short
  • Smart vents and remote sensors for hot-spot rooms
  • Schedules tuned for Con Ed demand response and rebate programs

Why zoning

When one thermostat is the whole problem.

If your living room is comfortable while the back bedroom never gets warm, you do not have a thermostat problem. You have a distribution problem. Zoning solves it without rebuilding the ductwork.

  • Independent temperatures for upstairs and downstairs
  • Separate schedules for bedrooms, offices, and shared spaces
  • Quieter system because it does not have to over-cool the whole home to fix one room
  • Better humidity control during shoulder season
  • Eligible for some utility rebates when paired with a smart thermostat
