Indoor Air Quality

Cleaner air than the avenue you walked in from.

Filtration, humidity control, and ventilation that actually move the needle. We measure first, install second, and tell you what you are actually breathing inside.

What we install

The four levers that actually change how the air feels.

Filtration, humidity, ventilation, and surface treatment. We work through them in that order, because each one changes how the next behaves.

  • MERV 11 to 16 media filter cabinets that fit your existing system
  • HEPA bypass filtration for sensitive households
  • Whole-house humidifiers for steam-heated winters
  • Dehumidification for August shoulder season
  • ERV and HRV systems for tightly-sealed homes and renovations
  • UV-C light treatment at the coil for biological control
  • On-site IAQ measurement: particulate, VOC, humidity, CO2

Signs your air needs work

If any of this sounds familiar, it is fixable.

Most NYC apartments are working harder than the residents realize.

  • Dust settles back on every surface a day after cleaning
  • Allergy or asthma symptoms get worse indoors
  • Static shocks, dry skin, and shrinking wood floors in winter
  • Stuffy, lingering odors after cooking
  • Condensation on windows in summer
  • You can hear traffic, but you can also smell it
Our process

Measure before, measure after.

Air quality work is one of the few HVAC jobs where you can prove the improvement with a number. We do.

  1. Walk-through and measure

Particulate, VOC, humidity, and CO2 readings in the rooms you spend time in.

  2. Identify and prioritize

Which lever moves the needle most for the least invasive install. Filtration upgrade, humidifier, or ventilation.

  3. Install

Cleanly mounted, properly sized for the airflow your system already moves. No restricting the blower.

  4. Re-measure

Same instruments, same rooms, after a week of run time. You get the before and after numbers.

Curious what you're breathing?

Let's measure the air, then make a plan.

An IAQ assessment is a quick visit with real instruments. You get a baseline and a written set of options.
