What's inside the visit

Two hours that prevent two days of regret.

Each tune-up has a checklist your tech works through on site. You get the photos and the report by the time we leave.

  • Cooling visit: refrigerant pressures, capacitor and contactor load, condenser coil clean, drain flush, filter swap, airflow at registers
  • Heating visit: combustion analysis, heat exchanger inspection, ignition components, gas pressure, blower amperage, CO test
  • Common: thermostat calibration, control board check, full operational cycle, written report with photos
